1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seorend ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Seorend provides dynamic rendering services for JavaScript websites, enabling search engine optimization by serving pre-rendered HTML to search engine bots while maintaining the interactive experience for human users.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Render illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Engage in any form of abuse or spam
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. API Usage

When using our API:

  • Keep your API keys confidential
  • Do not share API keys or use them in client-side code
  • Respect rate limits and usage quotas
  • Report any security vulnerabilities responsibly

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in these terms.

6.2 Plan Limits

Each plan includes a monthly render limit. Renders exceeding your limit will be rejected until your limit resets or you upgrade your plan. Cache hits do not count against your limit.

6.3 Free Trial

Paid plans may include a free trial period. You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you render through our Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEOREND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seorend and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or any other reason. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
